“Clean comfortable room with an interesting view over town and harbour. Super buffet breakfast slightly let down by cold plates (even for hot items) and "hot" food choices were not really kept warm enough by lamps etc.”

“breakfast is many food great”

“At checkout, they kept insisting I hadn't paid and demanded payment again; it was only after I went to the trouble of finding and showing the payment confirmation email from my card company that they finally acknowledged the transaction. Despite the inconvenience—such as being unable to check out for an extended period—they didn't offer a single word of apology, making the whole experience rude and absurd.”
