"comment peut-on lire des appréciations telles que "très bien" pour un établissement qui n'a rien d'un hôtel mais plutôt d'un refuge,chambre réduite au minimum,sans table de chevet,sans télévision ,mauvaise literie,pas de réception après 17 heures ,pas de restaurant seulement une petite cafétéria fermée également à 17 heures,il faut faire 25 kms pour trouver un restaurant basique passez votre chemin ,vous avez des hôtels type scandic plus près du Nordkapp distance mensongère ,cet établissement...

"Modern, well located hotel in the port in the town. Good location to travel around Tromsø and surrounding areas. Room was small but comfy and quiet, with great views. The room had few amenities in it, but we stayed in 2 other sister hotels and it was the same, little was provided, but we managed and ok. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly. The gym is off site, but can be used free of charge. Overall a lovely stay."

"A brilliant welcome on our arrival, staff are caring and engaged. The hotel is located in the heart of Tromso, close to shopping, attractions and bus routes. A laid back, unhurried experience. Buffet menu for breakfast and evening meal was included in our price with afternoon tea thrown in, which is fantastic if you're on a tight budget. Cannot praise the staff highly enough, definitely recommended. The hotel is easily accessible for wheelchair users and is also pet friendly. 10/10, thank you for a great stay"

"Alltogether a great experience - but a bit noisy from the road outside in the early mornings. But I guess that’s what you get when staying in the city centre. Spacious, clean and comfortable for me and my two teenage girls. Also positively surprised by the Nespresso machine in the room. Would definitely come back."
