"I had very disappointing experience at this hotel. when I picked up the two suitcases I had left with the hotel before check-in, both were partly open. One had a cover, but when I removed it, I found that about two-thirds of the zipper was undone. The other suitcase had a lock, but somehow it had been opened, the insider zipper was undone,and some of my clothes had been fallen out. I tried to report this, but there was no phone in the room. when I went down to the reception, it was crowded with people checking in. After trying twice,I gave up as I could not find what had gone missing. Overall, I cannot recommend leaving your luggage with this hotel."
