Costumer service was lacking, to put it mildly. Let’s start with, the pictures on this site look nothing like where we stayed.
We had a very terrible experience due to maintenance issues and customer service. The smoke detectors low battery alarm went off at 2 am and customer service made us feel as if they didn’t care because it was the weekend and there wasn’t much they could do about it. The smoke detector was still going off when we returned to the hotel about 2:30 PM that afternoon. The cleaning crew were the only people who seem to be helpful at this hotel. They helped remove the smoke detector so that we could take a nap after being out for hours and then enjoy the rest of our vacation. Had they been willing to let us change rooms or cancel our reservation we would have gladly. Had there been somewhere else to stay? We would’ve left gladly and wasted money on the night so we’d already paid for.
I would avoid staying here at all costs.
