"Nice staff, clean rooms. Property had lots of maintenance issues though - damaged and aged surfaces. The whole places smells like a fancy department store - Macy's maybe? I liked it but if you are sensitive to perfumes I could see it being overwhelming. It was priced right for our quick overnight while on a road trip. I've stayed in worse for a higher price. "

"The facility has been upgraded sometime in recent years, but there are a few areas that still show some age. Elevator door and frame, shower faucet and knobs, room doors, but overall pretty good. Staff was very good. Lots of choices for breakfast buffet. Stayed here twice in last year."

"Our room smelled like cigarettes and the bathroom stunk terribly. There was mold all over the walls and what looked like rat poop under the bed. The rest of the floor was dirty as well. We did not feel comfortable staying there, especially with our one-year-old. We slept horribly, woke up feeling sick from breathing in the mold, and left as quickly as we could. The woman at the front desk was kind in our interactions, but when we tried to get a refund, the manager, whose permission was needed, was hard to get a hold of. The staff would not respond to our messages online and we had to call 5 or 6 times. They did end up refunding us for the second night we were planning to stay but refused to refund us for our entire stay. We would not recommend staying here. "

"What a cool hotel! Great coffee bar, and the downstairs game area and gym are so fun. The surrounding area was great too, with some restaurants within walking distance. "

"The room was mostly clean, but there were cobwebs in the windows and the bathroom didn't have a place on the wall of the shower to put soap."

"Very comfortable and clean stay. The houses are beautiful, and the breakfast was great. It was a convenient and painless stay, with an ac in the room, a tv, a ten min walk from downtown, and a quick check in. Just don’t pick a fight with the bathroom door handle because you will lose that battle."

"Everything was flawless except for barely noticeable stains on the bed sheets but didn’t really bother us very much. That was the only issue we had at all other than that absolutely great stay"
