"It was the perfect find for a late night arrival in Hokkaido. Also appreciated the tip from the venue on the convenience of the express bus. We were a little uneasy with the instructions and whether we could actually access the room, but ultimately everything worked as intended. It’s quite narrow but perfect for 2 people. Lots of conbini and food options nearby, including a fantastic ramen shop an 8 minute walk away (open until 2am), where we had one of our favorite meals on the trip."

"Clean apartment, lots of space, well appointed. The instruction to enter (check-in) were clear and easy to follow. "

"After multiple phone calls the hotel never picked up, or responded to the WhatsApp number. This was particularly annoying because they never sent us the room code leaving us unable to get into the room for over two hours. Once they called us back we were able to get into the room, which clean and exactly as advertised. "

"スタッフの方の対応も丁寧でした。ただもう少しやり取りが少ないとありがたいと感じました。でもベットも広く、揃うものも揃っています。シャワーの水の勢いが弱いですが、物価高の中ですし、普通に使う分には自分は大丈夫でした。それよりも部屋が広くて快適という印象が一番です。"

"チェックイン時までに、暗証番号等の連絡げなく、スムーズにチェックインできなかった。 5人の宿泊だったが、4人分のタオル、寝具しかなかった。追加寝具がクローゼットにあるはずが、掛け布団下なく、ソファーベッドは清掃されておらず不衛生だった。窓の鍵は施錠されていなかった。"
