โThis hotel is my home away home in Hanover, NH. I stay there every time I visit the town since 1999, even though there are many other options including new ones.โ
โI had a very bad experience at this hotel. The air conditioner was full of dust, and the carpet smelled so bad that it gave me a headache. The bed felt damp and uncomfortable.
The only good thing was the staff โ they were kind and tried to help. But overall, I do not recommend this place.

โWe booked a stay here for easy access to Lebanon and Hanover, NH. Once in our room, we found there was a problem connecting to the internet. Our hostess, Rita, came up to the room to help. Once she saw the problem, she changed our room to be closer to the router, and changed a setting on my husband's computer to help him connect. This was a time-consuming matter, and Rita stayed with us the whole time to make things right. Our room was clean and well supplied, and the free breakfast the next...
โLoved the Innkeeper and her staff. Unfortunately, they are short of staff so sometimes getting the room cleaned and/or towels wasn't automatic. But if we asked, they would do so. We would certainly return. โ
