The staff is super friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are very clean, Nathaniel's restaurant is delicious, and the location feels truly premium, right across the Salem Common and connecting you to main Salem streets at walking distance (for real for real!). I visited as a solo traveler, and would 100% recommend it. "

"I was stay in room 20 in the basement area, unfortunately the noise of the water being drawn into the heating system was every 60 sec. Which made my first night not a good one until I got done ear plugs. There’s no way I could stay in this room longer than 2 nights. The property was otherwise good and in a great location for me."
