This property has mold, flies, and a holes on the walls. Is being remolding or under construction. The swimming pool is closed and looks dirty. The pictures are not accurate.

when I get into the lobby, it smells really bad. Then I proceeded to check into my room. When I got there the door lock was not working and the room was really dirty.

Those pictures don’t match the hotel at all. Roaches, torn ceilings, no clean sheets. Everything is wrong with that property.

Worst stay ever! We transferred rooms 3 times trying to find a room with a working tv. The blinds wouldn’t close in 2 of the rooms. After 2 hours of changing rooms it was 11pm so we have up. This room had no light in the main room. We had to turn on the bathroom light to see, this one had no fridge there was writing on the walls and the toilet didn’t flush properly so we had to go to the lobby for the restroom. It was ridiculous I will never stay here again!! Who do I contact about a refund from this property?

This was the worst stay ever. In the first room, the blinds didn’t close and there was no remote for the TV. So we were transferred to another room with the television did not work. By the time we got to the 3rd room it was 11pm and we gave up. This room was the worst the toilet didn’t flush there was no light in the main room we had to use the bathroom light. The tv didn’t work again and the bed was uncomfortable. I won’t stay here again and I’d like a refund

Check in was fine but I should have known something was wrong when he said I had 20 minutes to check the room and decide if I want to stay or want a refund. The room was filthy the spider webs has dust there was a bug on the one pillow on the bed. The blankets had wholes from cigarettes and it was a non smoking room but smell of cigarette smoke. The walls had holes and repair patches and the paint was no longer white. The floors were filthy. We turned around and left before the door could even close.

This place is an absolute dumb. There were burn holes in the bedding. And busted in holes in the walls and bath tube. I walked in to the room and walked out. There was tweakers in the court yard walking around. Very unsafe and nasty. This should not even be a listing on Expedia. Also it looks nothing like the photo show very misleading. DO NOT STAY HERE

There was only one light bulb in the room and that was over the sink. The light bulb in the bathroom didn't work. The room heater didn't work. The price for this room should have been about $40.00 per night.

I may sound dramatic, but this was the worst place I have stepped foot in quite literally a drug den. When checking in, someone who had been there first came back and said there was drug paraphernalia and no running water in their room... The door handle was being held on with duct tape. There were no sheets or blanket, one pillow no pillow case. The best was stained and looked like someone potentially died on it. There were stains and what appeared to be drugs all over the floor. This room had clearly not been cleaned in any way in probably years. The man at the front desk was nice and I was not charged for my stay. We were almost left stranded in an unfamiliar town at 2 am as almost every other hotel was full

DO NOT WAISTE YOUR TIME FOR BOOKING, Photos aren’t up to date with actual conditions of the property. Rooms have holes in the walls, TV doesn’t work, doors doesn’t lock nor close all the way.. It’s not worth it at all, the city should come out and deem it unlivable for anyone to stay in.. VERY UNSAFE!!

The nastiest hotel experience I have ever had anywhere in the word. Nothing good will come from staying in this dump, It is literally like a homeless camp. A guy tried to buy drugs from the front desk while I was checking in. Urine everywhere outside, people sleeping in cars in the parking lot. I walked in, took one look at a stinky room with sheets just tossed on the bed and left. I received no refund of coarse. Very dangerous place, stay away. Expedia should be ashamed for promoting this uninhabitable mess.

The place was unsafe and filthy, and we couldn’t stay there. There were holes in the curtains, no towels, partial rolls of toilet paper, and the safety lock on the entrance door was completely broken. There was no door on the bathroom. Bed sheets had large holes and were unclean. Other guests were also complaining about the appalling conditions at this place. We immediately checked out.

When you walk up to the check in desk and there is numerous signs stating "if you don't like your room in the first 20 minutes come back to ask for a refund or a new room" as well on your receipt, that's the biggest red flag to not stay there. I didn't even go to my room to realize I had made a mistake booking this hotel. Do not book here unless you're having a hooker over.

This is a hotel. It was dirty, had no shower, no wall or door in the bathroom. the area beside it was ripped out with pipes and wires laying on the floor. The bed covers were dirty and ratty looking. There was only one light, in the room and it was in the bathroom area; the front door did not latch or lock properly. I did not think it was safe there. We had to switch rooms twice because there weren’t two beds that we need. We are seniors, traveling for business. No appliances and broken windows, unfurnished rooms. I didn’t get a receipt, and I asked to cancel , he brushed me off and then wouldn’t work with me. Said Expedia would deal with it, though I didn’t pay through Expedia. Expedia tried to help, but said the hotel wasn’t helpful either. I expected to lose the first night, but with 24 hours notice, I should at least receive the remainder. The total was $652 for 5 nights. we had to book another hotel for a much higher amount I travel abit and never have I seen anything like this.

We didn’t stay the rooms were so bad. 1st room someone had laid on the beds there only two pillows that were laid on. Then next went into the bathroom and no plumbing come out of the bathtub shower. So I went down to change the room and looked at 7 different rooms and they all were very very bad. I don’t know how they can rent any out. Looks like a health hazard.

It was very quiet and excellent accomodations in the room. It had a microwave and mini fridge I was very impressed with the size of the room as well. It was worth exactly what I paid. Front desk was super polite as well.

Absolutely disgusting. The property its self was filthy as well as cockroaches in the rooms. People were sitting in the stairwell doing drugs! It was terrible. Never again. It looks nothing like the photos posted on here. So upset we didnt even stay the night we ended up staying somewhere else.

Not what it looks like at all.......
The pictures on hotels.com look nothing like the actual hotel. Its filthy outside and homeless people everywhere. The first room the gave us wasnt even finished being cleaned, the second room they had us move to had no lights, the toilet want working and a huge portion of the shower wall was literally removed and there were cigarette burns on the bedding and holes all over the walls . The final room they moved us too appeared to be ok until they gave another guest a key to our room and had sketchy looking people try to come into our room. We left and got a room a few miles away.

Upon arriving the lobby had a bad smell. A display behind the counter contained only miniature alcohols. When we got to the room, opened the door, trash was all over the floor empty, an alcohol bottle on the floor. The mattresses were complete uncovered with cigarettes and trash in them and they were filthy. The lamp In the dresser didn’t have a lamp cover. My husband and I were disgusted and embarrassed to be in the property. I cannot believe that Hotels.com could even represent this debased property.

The terrible stay!!
It was disappointing first room they gave us had no heat and no remote for the television. The room was dirty and it felt so unsafe. Manager provided another room due to no heat but the room had no television and the curtains would not close. We asked for a refund but it was denied. Please do not stay here for your own peace of mind. We did just go to another hotel.

Do NOT stay here!
To start we couldn't go up the stairs because there were people smoking dope in the stairs well. Then the room smelled bad. No light bulb in the lamp. Cigarette burns everywhere. No smoke detector. Thank goodness we were only there for showers (our water line broke at home). I was not going to sleep in that bed! I wouldn't even sit on it.

There was blood behind bathroom door as well as what believe to be brain matter, possibly already sprayed with luminal, on the curtain. I'm aware of violence occurring in this motel but have never heard or witnessed it. This motel is way overpriced

This property should be condemned. The drunk bum passed out in the stairwell. Shady people walking around all night. Several cars cruising the parking lot all night. Only way to room is through the front office. Just disgusting and unhealthy.
