This property is close to the beach I would recommend that we specifically ask for a unit with aircon next time we book

Thank you, Annette, for reaching out with your review, you did not mention any of these problems during your stay or we would have addressed them immediately, we did advise at the time of booking that the apartment had not been renovated.I have just checked the apartment which has also had a guest stay since your departure, there is hot water to both bathrooms, none of the cupboards are broken, they are old cupboards which is why the apartment is listed as standard due to not being renovated. We will address any dust under the bed.

I took my mum away to catch up with some people. The unit was well located and met both our needs completely. Good access for the less physically able and good ammenity overall. A lovely pool, easy access to the beach and great views!

We loved the location and enjoyed the walking/cycling track. The beds were comfortable but the lack of air con would have been concerning if it was any hotter. The shower pipes squealed which was annoying.

Best views! We had everything we needed provided in the apartment. Right on the beach & close to everything. Ann the manager is amazing & we loved it so much we’ve already booked for next year!

The location of this property is perfect. It is right on the beach and close to shops. The view was amazing even though we were only on the first floor.

Great place to stay. Spacious unit with great amenities right on the beach front. Very quiet & safe location. Easy drive to shopping in a number of locations. Will stay here again.

Fantastic property in a great location right on the beach, quiet surrounds, very clean and spacious apartment and well appointed. I would recommend to anyone to stay her. Very friendly hosts and a late checkout which was much appreciated. 10 out of 10 for me.

There was nothing to dislike. It was grest and right on the Beach. Only a walking/bike Track to cross

We stayed in Unit 8. This unit is beautiful. The complex is very clean and tidy. Property Management staff are super friendly and helpful.

Peaceful and lovely
I had stayed here before and really loved it. My daugher, her partner her and i stayed here for around three nights. The new owners are lovely, welcoming and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely week on the Gold Coast at the Pacific Surf. Excellent place to stay - helpful staff and great location right on the beach.

Great location
This hotel is comfortable and had everything we needed for our three day stay. Its in a great location, within walking distance of the shopping centre and restaurants. Its five minutes away from the airport and right next to the beach.

Perfect family holiday
Pacific Surf was right on the beach and thin perfect getaway for us even though we are only from the north end of the coast. The kids loved the beach but their favourite was going in the pool (heated) so comfortable spring temp to swim in. The apartment had everything we needed - beds were clean and comfy, kitchen had all cooking utensils. Bathrooms were slightly dated but were fully functional- but them being dated did not worry us as you are only in them up to shower and use the toilet! Everything worked perfectly. Staff were friendly and welcoming. It was exactly what we needed and we would stay again!

Great access to the beach
The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. We can just walk to the beach without crossing any road, as the beach is just connected to the apartment. They have a heated pool which the kids have fun playing in it. Our unit 32 has great view of the ocean. We will definitely stay here again if we come to Goldcoast.

Relaxing family getaway
Can not fault our recent stay at Pacific Surf our room was comfortable, modern and came with an absolute beach front view and huge balcony to enjoy it from. We loved our 3 night stay and will book again.

Lovely apartment number 32, great ocean view
Hotel staff very friendly, awesome view, close to shops and restaurants, perfect for families and we loved the pool and the location, kids had fun in the games room, all the appliances worked perfectly in the flat, well equipped room, it seemed very spacious overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend Pacific Surf to everyone.

Great building on the beach
Clean, views of the beach, spacious. Being an older building it's still clean and a great design. We stayed on level 1, unit 10. This 2 bedroom had the bedrooms with balconies facing west towards the airport and main road, but the living had a lovely L shaped balcony with views over the beach. Only being one level fave you the view directly over the beach and water, even viewing from the lounge room.

Can't get enough of this place!
We're returning guests, having stayed at Pacific Surf in Sept 2015 and again in April 2016. We love it and will definitely be back again. Treat yourself and pay the extra for an absolute beachfront unit - you won't regret it! We've stayed in Unit 23 (4th floor) and Unit 28 (5th floor) and can recommend both.

Great location, lovely and quiet. Room was very clean and besides the kitchen, looked like it had been recently refurbished. Reception was very helpful and pleasant.

Great location, value for money, fantastic view.
Great place to stay, a bit further away from the action but that means more peace and quiet. Nice apartment, lovely helpful staff, views couldn't have been any better and we saw whales and dolphins nearly every day! Bus stop just up the road and buses to surfers every 7 minutes. A little bit of noise from the planes taking off and landing but not too bad, no air con in our unit which was OK in October but might get a bit hot in Feb. Great value for the price.

Pure oceanfront
We had one of the oceanfront units, #18. The only thing that would have improved the experience would have been mozzie screens on the sliding doors. We either left the doors open and got bitten at night, or slept with them shut so you couldn't hear the ocean and it was stuffy. Everything else was absolutely perfect. Whales going past each day.... Thanks so much.
