Not what the pictures show. Pool is out of service. The room smelled like smoke, the bathroom was dirty. Staff was so polite. We stayed because there was no other place to stay due to horse show that week.

Disgusting

Terrible! Without a doubt, this was the worst place I've ever been in my entire life. This isn't a hotel, it's a garbage dump! I'm used to using the Baymont chain elsewhere, and I can't believe Wyndham allows the use of its brand in this place! Of the 15 rooms I booked, every one was filthy! Some even had vomit on the curtains, and the smell was everywhere. I swear, at times I thought it was one of those infamous TV pranks. It wasn't the purest disappointment of users who were just looking for clean rooms, good showers, and comfortable beds and found a pile of trash! Definitely stay away from this place; it's not worth a penny, even if you're looking for a place for your dog to go to the bathroom! Stay away from this place!

Website lists pool and gym. Pool was closed, been closed for months, and the gym was nonexistent. Had we known ahead of time, we would not have booked here. The room was dirty. It looked as though they only made the bed. The floor hadnt been vacuumed. The sink still had hair from.somone shaving. The doors, into the room, and into the bathroom were dirty. Our curtains wouldn't close all the way. It appeared as though someone tried to "fix" them with duct tape. Very overpriced for the quality of room youre getting. The staff was amazing. They were the only poaitive thing about our atay.

Receptionist was polite, first room we got the heat didn’t work. Second room door didn’t close well and the Rooms was infested with cockroaches full of bugs At 3am garbage truck came made such a noise we had to pack and leave the hotel. I want a refund!!!! Terrible experience!

Not great quality for the price

There were some cleanliness issues to say the least. The first room they rried to give us had what looked like an exploded soda all over the freezer space of the mini fridge. We pointed that out right away and they switched our room. The next room we accepted because it was downpouring rain and we didnt want to keep room hunting. The room had several cigarette burns and dusty webs on the lights. When we opened the cabinets under the sink there was some trash on the cabinet floors and 2 discarded coffee makers. It looked like someone had tossed them under there and the area was not very clean. I will say that the staff was very friendly. We did not stay the second night that we had booked due to the event we came to town for was cancelled. We did not try the continental breakfast. Not that we would have swam due to weather, but when we arrived we were informed that the pool is closed due to a crack and has no forseen fix date. I feel this should have been in the booking information.

Bed bugs, ants, gnats. I am pretty sure they were not changing the sheets between people, just putting a new sheet over the old one as I found 6 fitted sheets on both beds, and each had fresh bodily fluids on them.
The door didn't seal, so there were bugs actively crawling in, and the gap was so wide, someone could peer into the room.

The property is OLD and needs a refurbishing. The bed was decent but the carpet was really worn and nasty. Havent sèn a showerhead that old in a hotel for about 20 years. I must say though that the young lady at checkin was very nice.

The staff are amazing, from the 1st call to add my Wyndham number to check in they could'nt have been nicer or more helpful! Rooms are a bit dated but very clean and the beds are comfortable.
