The property is very well maintained and is only a short walk to the lake where one can paddle-boat on the lake or take a motorized boat cruise.

Great hotel

The service from check-in to check-out was great! By Colombian standards everything was great. Our friend and I shared a room and we both slept great on the beds. The semi-firm pillow felt like the one I have at home. The view was impressive and the food was great. Definitely coming back. Special commendation to Angie at the reception, Eduardo the bell hop, and to the people at the reservations desk for making our reservations extra smooth! Thank you to the room service ladies for cleaning our room and making it look amazing. Thank you also to Cristian for being extra attentive when it came to getting assistance at the hot springs hot tubs. Thank you all!

Fue muy agradable la estancia. Es un lugar perfecto para descansar, buen servio e instalaciones. El uso del jacuzzi termal una vez al día, debería reconsiderarse sobre todo en épico de baja temporada.
