“Very disappointing and poor handling of problems
We stayed for three nights. During the second day, the water was shut off for more than a full day. Til the next day...
We could not shower. We could not use the taps. We could not even flush the toilet.
My mother had to go downstairs and ask what was going on. We were told that a pipe had broken. Nobody informed us before we asked. Nobody offered us another room or any other solution.
We also called Omar, who was supposed to be responsible....
