“Kareim was very attentive to our needs and the apartment building is new and to high specifications, just as advertised. I had to move here, after spending one night at another location. That was a great disappointment. I would only suggest one thing that the shower unit needs to have a bath mat for when you come out the shower. Or squeegee be provided so one can can mop the water off the floor, as water still gets outside the shower when you are showering even though the door is closed.”

“This apartment is located on the West Bank within easy walking distance of the public ferry and water taxis which can take you to the East Bank. Mattar, the owner, was an excellent host and can arrange for your touring needs at very good prices. The apartment itself is clean and modern. “The staff were helpful and very friendly Although it is not a new building, it was well kept and did not feel unclean. However, towards the end of my stay, I was bothered by the smell of sewage coming from the drain in the kitchenette. I was a little disappointed because it would have been great if they had been more careful in cleaning the invisible areas. I hope for improvement.”

“We enjoyed our time here - it was clean and felt safe, with 24hr security onsite. There is a roof terrace for all to use (although this could do with a little TLC). The front desk attendants were friendly and very helpful - they helped us a great deal with translation when trying to arrange delivery of our delayed luggage. We would love to return for another stay someday.”

“Good hotel! Our room was new and clean. Friendly staff. The only minus is that there was not an elevator up to our room, was heavy to take bags down again. But such a good help checking in, the helpful man carried all bags up! Very nice! ”

“Spacious, friendly, clean.. but that's it! This is not a beach nor a sea view location. The roof pool in the picture is minimal at best but the roof set up is very comfortable! Street parking is on an unpaved slope, part of a public street. Otherwise, it is a midtown location with basic access to shopping, etc. We spent one transient night but ended up paying for an extra night due to early morning arrival. ”

“Logés en appartement dans le complexe hôtelier, grand appartement pour 6 personnes, bien équipé. Accès aux facilités de l'hôtel. Hôtel : grand, bcp de piscines (une seule chauffée l'hiver mais suffit car peu de monde). Un aquapark sympa (seul bémol il faut être en all incl pour y avoir accès gratuitement, ceci dit pas de control l'hiver mais eau hyper froide !). Gros point faible de l'hôtel : la nourriture. Buffet avec beaucoup de choix (chaque soir spécialité d'un pays, mais pas de spécialité...

“Although I tipped her in my first stay, the receptionist claimed that the room I had booked & confirmed was no longer available and I need to cancel & re-book a bigger room, she also requested that I pay directly at the hotel and not via Expedia (Basically an attempt to grab more money). I cancelled and booked elsewhere. I Will not return”

“Avoid! Excellent host but everything else was a complete let down! Very basic infrastructure and feels like a construction site. No WiFi ...all inclusive for $15 but resort food explains why it is so cheap.”
