“We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, and the room was very clean and well organised. The bathroom, towels, shower, microwave, dishes, and hand wash were all provided — almost everything we needed was available. It is a perfect place to stay for a night after finishing a Hobbiton tour.”

“There was no air conditioning in the room, so it was so hot I had to leave the front door open. Also, the noise from the cars on the road was so loud that I couldn't sleep well at night. And when I checked in, the hospitality was incredibly rude.”

“These are small recent cottage, great bed, AC working fine. It is a bit off road but you can go to Cambridge with 12 min. You are aldo close to Hobbyton. Pool closes at 18h00. No staff available past 18h00, no cafeteria or restaurants, and you have to walk to your cottage thru a maze of sidewalk. ”

“This was exactly what I needed for my weekend away. Close to Tauranga but out of the city. The accommodation was clean and had everything I needed as well as some thoughtful touches. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Do not stay here! This is terrible lodging accommodation above a pub! It's very outdated old and does not feel clean. Had a ensuite room and for the money I paid was very disappointing. When it said oh this is a pub the music isn't loud yiu won't here it. I could hear the music if it was in my room after midnight the music finally turned off! This should be advertised that this is a noisy pub!”
