“My son and I had a lovely time here for his birthday. I was initially disappointed because the property was listed as oceanfront but it definitely was not. It was however right down the street from Smith’s Reef where we had the best snorkeling experience of our lives. Communication with Michael was seamless and he was a pleasure. The condo was beautifully kept and had everything we needed. Will stay again whenever we make it back to Turks and Caicos! ”

“Would like to see a jacuzzi in the near future ”

“I was expecting at least 3 days supply of towels for a weeks stay. However they brought more on the 4th day. Limited kitchen dishes and pots however enough to make it through. DONT follow the Expedia GPS directions, lost for 2 hours. Property manager had to come get us. When we arrived the GPS said we still had more distance to go. Overall a good stay, would probably stay there again for the price. Outdoor amenities are awesome. ”

“The condo was beautiful and provided everything we needed. It was on our favorite part of the beach. We will stay here again.”

“The property is too far from everything and there is nothing to eat there. The closest store is about 3 miles up the road. You definitely NEED to rent a car because if not you’ll pay 16 dollars one way to get around the island each time. They give you two rolls of toilet tissue at a time and no one is in the office on the weekends. They also don’t have anyone to clean the rooms daily or change the sheets every three days as many hotels guesthouses do. They never came and cleaned our place and we...
