"The hair dryer in my room did not work, after complaining no one fixed it or let me use a different hair dryer. There was some kind of red sauce or blood on the ceiling in my room. I showed the front desk person, but nothing was done about it. There were little bugs crawling on the floor in my room. The carpets were dirty and looked like they weren’t vacuumed often. The day shift front desk person seemed overwhelmed but the night front desk people were nice and friendly. "

"Parking was safe didn’t worry about car. The front desk lady was an older lady she was so nice and pleasant and explained everything so well! "
