La habitacuon estaba bien, pero hice check in anticipado h al llegar nos dieron una habitacion sucia, cosa que dije bueno tal vez sea porqie hice el check in anticipado, asi que deje mis cosas y sali a hacer mis asuntos esperando qie limpiaran pero llegue en la tarde y el cuarto seguia igual, avise al lobby e iban a limpiar pero nuna llego la limpieza al final nos cambiaron de cuarto, pero si fue una experiencia desagradable esperar en especial porque iba con mi mamá e hicimos tramites todo el dia, solo queriamos descansar, por el resto todo bien.

Hotel modesto.

Es un hotel que promueve la sustentabilidad, pero no la aplica al cien pues se desperdicia mucha agua para que salga caliente; para los que no estamos acostumbrados al clima de Tuxtla. La alberca mostraba mal aspecto le faltaba limpieza.
