We enjoyed our stay at Hostal Tres Central. It was very clean, the receptionist was pleasant and helpful with everything. It was close to the square and walkable distance to museums, Parque de la Marimba and the bus station.

Clean and new hotel/ hostal. Centrally located

Beautiful new hotel/ hostal very centrally located. Amenities are brand new and it's very clean. You can choose to stay at shared hostal rooms or at private rooms with your own bathroom for a higher price. I opted for the private room. Perfectly clean, great housekeeping. people are very friendly. The terrace on the roof top offers great drinks and non-alcoholic refreshments. Personal is very friendly and helpful. You can book tours to the Canon del Sumerido through the front desk. Let them know at least 24 hours in advance to make sure you get a space. They offer tours starting at 7.40am and 10am and they take about 8-9 hours.

Excellent

I stayed in a private room with shared toilet, the shower was also private and everything was nice and clean. It sure feels more like a hotel than a hostal. The terrace has a great view of the Parque Central and they offer great service at low prices. It was overall excellent.
