“You get what you pay for. Cramped room for 4 people but we're able to use a table & chairs in the carpark.”

“We did not get off to a good start. The room was double booked and other guests were in the room when we arrived. Very embarrassing. It was eventually sorted out.”

“Our stay was okay, but quite basic. Good for one nights stay if you're flying out the next day. The room smelt of perhaps cleaning products used, Not very pleasant when we arrived. They have netflix which was great, comfortable beds with clean sheets. The room has not a kitchen but microwave and fridge. The staff were very friendly.”

“무료와이파이 없음. 숙소는 넓은데 시설이 오래됐고 욕실도 넓은데 샤워부스가 좁아서 안에서 움직이는 것도 힘들었어요. 침구상태가 정말 별로였는데 이불에 보풀이 있을정도로 낡아 있어서 저는 제 기내용 담요 덮고 잤구요. 난방이 잘 되지 않아서 밤에 꽤 추웠습니다. 여행 중 최악의 숙소였어요. 웬만한 캡슐호텔이 더 안락한거 같아요. 평점이 왜이렇게 높은지 모르겠네요. 직원분들은 친절하세요.”

“Amazing retro property in a perfect location. Would not stay again because of lack of air conditioning. Some rooms get the afternoon sun and it gets so hot you can't enjoy the beach view because you have to have the curtains closed all day. It was way to stuffy at night. Reception did kindly provide a fan but for the money you would expect individually controlled air con.”

Property was exactly as described on the tin, great position with great views, check in process was seamless with staff very friendly and helpful, fantastic accommodation.”

“We had booked 4 nights at Peppers with our 3 month old daughter. We called ahead to confirm the portacot for the room and was told it would be there on arrival. After checking in, we walked to our room to find heavy construction next door and above our room. Inside the room, the dishwasher was running with nothing in it, no portacot and a cherry picker looking directly into our bedroom. “객실이 썩 깨끗하지는 않았어요. 특히 주방에서, 팬(후드)이 너무 지저분하더라고요. 그래서 팬을 켜지 않고 고기를 구워먹었더니, 냄새가 빠지지 않아 힘들었어요. 게다가 계단에도 창문이 없어서, 거기에도 각 방에서 구워먹은 고기 냄새가 진동을 합니다. 오래된 건물이라 그런가 싶네요. 그리고 유지보수 인원도 단 2명?뿐인 것 같았어요. 그래서 제대로 관리가 안 되는 것 같습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 골드코스트 중심지에 비해 조용하고, 바로 앞 비치가 너무 조용하고 가까워서 좋더라고요. ”
