I've reviewed this hotel before and said, you get what you pay for.... The managment has changed and while the price remains about the same, the cleanliness of the rooms and furniture, etc. have improved dramatically. New management has turned this place around. Before I stay here only because of the price. Now I am glad to be coming back.

It does the job for a night stay but it’s not clean and you can hear any noise the neighboring rooms make. The gym was not opened. The breakfast was just waffles or cereal. I’d spend the extra money for a better place next time. Only plus is the friendly staff.

The staff overall was cool, friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my stay! Quick to resolve issues. Convenient location for restaurants and shopping. I will definitely be coming back!

loved the idea of this hotel, the rooms themself were clean (old but clean) - however - our room had 3 refrigerators- two of them were not plugged in and had mold in them. One of our outlets was hanging out of the outlet box (I’m not sure of the actual name). Our ceiling had water bubbles that didn’t leak but looked like it could. One of our doors was missing the actual slide lock bolt and they had put an actual bolt in. While this did work - it was not professional. The “complimentary breakfast “ was only waffles (no butter) old apples, oats with hot water. The picture of the pool led me to believe it was tree lined and shady - however it was not as pictures. the location was nice, the beds comfortable but the other things mentioned before would probably keep us from coming back.

Floors were filthy with dead bugs along the baseboards. We were given a hard time when we asked for a couple more towels. There were only two towels in the room and we were to be there 3 nights. Went to the dining room expecting breakfast. No breakfast. We went and got disinfecting wipes and Lysol spray so we could tolerate the filth for the one night since it was late. Beds seemed clean and may have been new.

The laundry was third person owned and wasn’t open, there was a domestic abuse for rooms down and the Friday night management when I went face-to-face, telling him would not give me management phone number or call and he also want me to go find out what was wrong instead of him going down there yes a little short coward, wife called cop he wouldn’t ! Said there’s a restaurant I found the restaurant and it’s closed. The towels are about 15 years old rough will used even though they may be have been washed. Had about 10 stacked beds on the outside couldn’t tell if they were putting them in a room or gonna haul them off , they shouldn’t have been there management said camera’s yeah no security guards on a huge property is this, it says conference hotel if there’s not been a conference there in years it’s just a rundown hotel with a fresh coat of paint and staff could care less for the overnight we stayed. I say loosely staff there’s a desk clerk, apparently no handicap bathrooms , the clerk said there was no rooms overlooking the swimming pool (we have kids ) yeah there’s three buildings that had balconies doors connected to the pool area . You can tell desk , because all they want. Is their Check for the day.!
