โThe staff gave a wonderful welcome, and looked after us for our 2 night stay. Lovely spacious room. Comfy bed. Food was excellent, well stocked bar, not far to walk into the centre. The only slight drawback is tight parking, and fairly narrow spaces for modern cars. We would happily stay again.โ
โGreat one night stay. Good location with parking,15 mins walk to centre but also on bus route with close by stops. Nice clean room and comfortable bed. Good lounge/ bar area. V good full breakfast. All staff v friendly and welcoming. Barry was particularly helpful in forwarding on some items weโd left in our room - at minimal cost. Certainly stay again.โ

โWe had an absolutely excellent stay at the Maidโs Head Hotel. The room was gorgeous, spotless, and really comfortable. Every member of staff we met was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel special. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious vegan options. It was such a treat to have so much choice. Honestly, this was one of the best hotel stays weโve had in a long time, and we canโt wait to go back!โ
โWe stayed for an event at UEA and the location was perfect for this. Setting was beautiful in a small village with a river running through -great for an evening stroll. Our bedroom was very very close to the road which becomes a commuter cut through in the mornings. This did lead to some unwelcome traffic noise from around 530am. โ
โVery high specโ apartment which has 24 hour reception and is very close to the cathedral and good restaurants. A really pleasant place and area to stay. I had lunch beside the river with the swans before getting the train from the nearby station. Iโll be back โฆโ
โGreat place to stay and will be my first choice in any city in the world I find Premier in in it.
The staff are well trained and very polite and helpful.โ
