Parking on site was good and one of the reasons we booked this hotel. The noise from the outside road though facing the street was more than expected due to late night revellers. The food at the restaurant was okay, although I thought was expensive for what it was I only got 2 small pieces of lamb for £29. The quality and taste was okay though, but there are other places to go and eat which are nicer and better value. Location of the hotel was very good though in terms of being able to walk around the city.

Professional and friendly staff. Rooms had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Location was good with major attractions very close. Although we liked the hotel, we felt it somehow lacked atmosphere: there was nothing really to invite you to linger in the communal rooms or to entice you towards the bar and restaurant (music playing, welcome drink, etc).

Excellent location. Even though the hotel was full on a summer weekend, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The car parking was very good. Very nice complimentary Bentley experience. A great base for a very enjoyable weekend.

Excellent position, with cathedral, shops, bars and restaurants nearby. The ride around in the vintage Bentley was excellent. The room was very comfortable, with excellent air con for the very hot weather. Restaurant comfortable with good choice. Staff friendly and helpful, we will return.

An historic hotel situated close to the cathedral. The public rooms are very well appointed and the staff were helpful. My room on the 4th floor was comfortable, thought the bathroom was rather small. The hotel served an acceptable cooked breakfast.

A super hotel next to the cathedral with onsite parking. We were uped to to Junior suite with four poster bed, which was enormous. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. Dinner from the Rosette menu was excellent and the breakfast super as well. Staff were first class all round. An ideal location for exploring Norwich city centre, alas we didn't have time to book a ride in the vintage Bentley or borrow one of the bikes, but will return when in Norwich again.

The breakfast buffet was great! Staff were very helpful whenever I asked for anything. The hotel was in a great location, easy to walk to the City Centre, and historic areas of Norwich. Also enjoyed a drink in the Maids Head Bar, which was a cute little place. We enjoyed our stay - thank you!
