"I was pleasantly surprised by the clean and modern room. The only downside was that the elevator was out of order, which could be bothersome if you have a lot of luggage to transport to/from your room. I like the lobby coffee bar available until noon, and the breakfast choices were perfect to have a healthy start to my day. The area is safe for a solo female and it is practically beside The Galleria Mall if you go through the Nordstrom entrance. There is a bar across the street that plays loud music on weekends until 2 or 3 am but I personally didn't mind that. Great value and friendly staff. "

"This is our go to place to stay when visiting Houston. We stayed here many times and the location works for us as it’s located conveniently to all of our favorite restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and on top of everything. We love that the hotel is a pet friendly establishment as we bring our big dog here with us and they are so accommodating."
