One of the worst experiences I’ve had. The hotel looks fancy from a distance but won’t stand the light of day up close. The hotel feels isolated and is far away from the beach and any other activities. The room itself was cramped and impractical with just ONE free power outlet that’s inconveniently located. Combine that with poor food and poor customer service, and you get feedback like “this is how the food is done here.” Please stay away from this property and book something closer to the center of Ubatuba.

Muito agradável.

O Hotel é bastante agradável. Faltam cabideiros nos quartos, nas paredes, aqueles com tres ganchos, se houvesse mais de um evitaria que colocassemos as roupas para secar na varanda. O espaço entre a cama de casal e a parade é muuiitooo estreito, todos batemos as pernas alguma vez. No restaurante faltam opções de hamburguer vegetariano e alguma variedade a mais de comida vegetariana. Tb estranhamos a piscina fechat tão cedo, na maioria dos hoteis é 22 hs.
