This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Every single detail exceeded my expectations. The rooms are large, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The location is absolutely fantastic—right in the heart of everything and so easy to get around. The breakfast was made-to-order, fresh, and they offered a wonderful variety. Above all, the staff is exceptionally accommodating, professional, and welcoming. The pool and the grounds were absolutely unmatched. I cannot wait to come back!

Tranquil Paradise

My friend and I stayed here for 5 nights. We loved the location - right in the heart of Ubud close to plenty of cafes and restaurants, but tucked down a long driveway for a quiet and relaxing space. We found the staff to be incredibly attentive and we were greeted by name every time we went past the reception desk. We will be back to stay again.

From start to finish, the staff made a genuine, thoughtful effort to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect—warm, attentive, and truly exceptional. The breakfast alone is worth the stay—an incredible made-to-order experience with a wide variety of delicious options. We looked forward to it every morning and it consistently exceeded expectations. The couples spa experience was unforgettable—the most intimate and relaxing massage we’ve had, complete with facials, a full-body coconut mask, and a beautiful floral bath for two. What makes this property truly special is the atmosphere. It’s a quiet reprieve—an oasis of peace and tranquility—right in the thriving heart of Ubud. You feel completely relaxed while still being close to everything. The location is ideal, just a short 7–10 minute walk to The Yoga Barn, where events like the BaliSpirit Festival take place. Highly recommend for couples seeking relaxation, connection, and an unforgettable Ubud experience. We can’t wait to return.

All the staff was extremely nice. The spa could improve a bit more, but we still got a very nice massage. The floating breakfast was very nice. The room was big and spacious. The AC did not make the room cold, but it was not too hot either. The bed and bed frame are extremely squeaky, bu overall for the price it was a good experience.

Amazing hotel in Ubud

Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing! It was fabulous! The staff were friendly, professional, helpful, and very detailed oriented! The room was perfectly clean as was the bathroom. I really appreciated that the staff wanted to go above and beyond to make our stay amazing. They sure did! Great location in Ubud! Delicious food! The floating breakfast is a must. The spa massage was quite relaxing in a beautiful and peaceful environment. They also have a bartender at a swim up bar.

We had the suite which was only refurbished 12 months ago, so it was nice and clean, with large bathroom. The staff were extremely helpful when we asked to move to the 2nd floor for more privacy. This was done with no fuss at all. The swimming pool is very nice. It's a proper swimming pool where you can do laps. There is also a 2nd swimming pool for kids. And the surrounding is lush and beautiful. The location of the hotel is too notch. It's quiet but only 100 metres from all the Ubud cafes and restaurants. Two things to improve: 1. No gym facility. To my understanding this is due to the gym is being refurbished. It will be nice if the hotel can give us vouchers to the nearby gym. 2. Breakfast can be vastly improved. We stayed at the suite room to which we are entitled for an ala carte breakfast. But the standard buffet breakfast is too plain/limited. E.g. the fruit selection is very limited. The are very limited desserts or cakes during our stay. And the hot food selection is also to plain for us.

Such a lovely place and beautifully designed with the terraces and two pools. It's centrally located, walking distance of most of the sites we wanted to see, but it's still set far enough back off the street that it's absolutely quiet. The rooms were spacious and private. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant on our first night which was great. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful place! Located close to a street filled with restaurants and shops but absolutely quiet in the hotel area. The hotel area was really beautiful, great pool and very clean. The room was amazing with comfortable beds. The staff was very attentive and felt genuinely kind. The breakfast was made on request, always very fresh and with a good selection. We had dinner at the restaurant some nights and the food was delicious. We had a massage treatment at the spa which was also very good. We booked several tours with a full day driver from the hotel which were great, good knowledge and knew where to stop for lunches with amazing views. Would absolutely come here again!
