One of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. Top notch quality facilities, courteous staff, excellent buffet breakfast with extensive variety, everything we tried was excellent. Very clean pool, not crowded at all (we stayed in September), excellent view of the forest. -25 mins from main Ubud markets and monkey forest, which is not bad if you want to stay away from noise and crowds.

We loved the stay. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The only thing is sometimes they all try to help whenever they see us standing there or trying to get the bill so we had to repeat our room number to multiple staff every time whenever someone tries to help, as the first question is always what’s your room number. I don’t mind but sometimes I have to repeat three times. Everyone is super nice though.

Overall, my stay here was great. Although the property looks a bit dated, the service, food and amazing pool are very good. A delightful server named Ayunda helped me during dinner service and was both helpful and professional. I appreciated her suggestions and hospitality.

We loved every minute of our stay here. the staff are amazing. We stayed in a family 2 bedroom and it was perfect. Pool and facilities are top notch and so relaxing, perfect for what our family needed - a few days away from the hustle and bustle to relax. The food was excellent but cocktail list definately needs improving needing more tropical cocktails instead of the fermented ones but all in all our stay was wonderful!

We stayed for 2 nights on New Year’s eve 2023. The breakfast buffet at Tabia restaurant was amazing with many selections. Thank you to Ayunda and Chesa for their exceptional service. Dewa Yudana, Food & Beverage Manager, deserves applause for listening to our honest feedback on the New Year’s eve buffet. He went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant, and even gave us a discount for the buffet. Hats off to Dewa Yudana! I highly recommend staying at Westin Ubud! Their staff were professional and their services were top notch.👍
