The host and hostess are lovely and their entire focus is on making their guests' stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. “Lovely, quiet B&B on a farm. Location is remote, which made it a peaceful stay. There was plenty of parking available. The room was large and comfortable with a good bathroom and a strong wi-fi signal. The owner recommended a local pub, which was a 10-minute drive away. The food and beer were excellent! Breakfast the next morning was superb. The host was very helpful throughout.”

“Debra and Drew were very welcoming hosts. We used The Barn as a lauch pad to visit Chartwell and Knole. Perfect choice. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. We were spoilt for choice regarding local eateries. We chose The White Hart for dinner and it was top knotch. ”

“Staff friendly and check in easy. Rooms good size and clean. Kettle in the room for teas and coffees. Decor a little old fashioned but it was only an overnight stay. Managed to get some food onsite which was tasty. All in all a good overnight stay for the price. Thank you.”

“Location is just in front of the see. The most impressive thing was very nice owner and receptionist. They helped us to meet my friend in Hastings, and it was very helpful. And the room was clean. I could see the beautiful sea in the morning.”
