It is a quaint little pub with bed and breakfast. The room was quite dated but comfortable. It was clean. The staff were friendly and efficient Breakfast was very good. We did not use the bar facilities.

Same room as last year. Very noisy from road at front. Found staff had opened window a foot behind closed curtain! Bedside light too dim to read by. Comfy bed. Food excellent bed no room left in restaurant for booked guests - time arrived restaurant already full. Will be back next year as close to Ardingly College meeting venue.

Room # 7. Wallpaper hanging off the wall. Door handle needs a tighten up, same for toilet roll holder. Set up for Tea and Coffee needs a revamp. Electricity plugs a bit low for old people with bad backs. Dinner and Breakfast was great. Hot and tasty. I loved the Broccoli and Blue Cheese Soup.
