Staff at restaurant and reception were excellent! They will give you whatever you request with no hassle. The food in the restaurant is also great with various breakfast options. However, the place should not be open as it is under construction and there is constant work going on to complete New facilities which means a lot of noise. The completed work is also of a lower standard (cracked tiles, building plaster on completed floors etc). The cleaning staff also stared a lot when we were at the pool (especially at my girlfriend in a bikini) and it did not feel like the hotel was used to foreign guests. There were multiple Power outages, the pool was not sufficiently clean and overall the quality was below expectations given that we paid over 20 000 INR per night. Also they do not have a liquor license, just for information.
