"I booked this facility thinking that the price was 234 Canadian dollars. After being charged 333 Canadian dollars I realized the price shown was in US dollars. I immediately reached out to Expedia asking to cancel my reservation as I haven’t realize it’s 100$ more (also we live 1 hour drive away, so it does matter). Expedia reached out to the facility who declined to cancel even if it was booked by mistake. I tried to reach out to them directly but no one answered my message on Expedia website. So we came. The pool closes by 8pm, like everything else on the facility. So all you can do is feed the mosquitos and make bbq. Doesn’t worse the price I was forced to pay. Not coming again."

"The property is terribly lit. There was no light outside of our little complex and no light in the stairwells. There was no place to hang your clothes and no bedside tables to lay your things on. Also, there was a coffee maker with coffee and tea, but no mugs, cups or glasses to drink from. Lots of dust under the bed"

"Very well maintained and clean. Staff are very friendly. Highly recommend, would stay here again. I've stayed in many different motel for my travels and I was very impressed with Tay. Although it's off the main road you don't hear the traffic. Close drive to downtown Perth."
