“Atholl House was great for ourcrecent stay on the Isle of Skye. Initially I was disappointed we could not find a room in Portree but after visiting Atholl House I actually preferred it. There are several hood restaurants nearby, a beautiful view. Close to certain things we wantedvto explore. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and the person serving was very friendly and helpful. As with many of the places we stayed there was rarely...

“Lovely hotel, unbelievable view, very friendly staff and fantastic cuisine”

“Both hosts were friendly and helpful. Genuine people. Breakfast was excellent, tasty and prepared fresh and at the time we requested. Facilities were on excellent condition.”

“An incredibly well run little spot on Skye. We stayed in an upstairs loft with a lovely lounge to hang out in as well as a beautiful big bedroom with sky lights to see the sky and area around us. Sue and Warren were fantastic hosts. We started every day with a fantastic breakfast (you must try their porridge!). Sue's tips for our ongoing trip to the Isle of Lewis and Inverness ended up being highlights for us too. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. Sue also kept us up to date prior...

“Staff”

“This hotel was amazing. We’ve stayed 8 nights during our England trip this time and this hotel was only 1 night. We should have stayed there more. The 1 night was the best stay of our trip. We will visit Portree again and definitely stay there again. Fantastic breakfast, clean and beautiful room. Very safisfied. ”

“The staff at this property were the absolute best and so kind and attentive. Leon was incredibly kind and helpful and all the wait staff and room service staff were awesome. I felt cared for and welcome and my stay as a woman traveling alone was the best I could have hoped for. I definitely recommend this breathtaking property and will be back! PS: make sure to experience the sauna!”

“Have nothing bad to say. Our stay was perfect. The staff could not be friendlier. The breakfast was amazing!!”

“Loved the hotel. Fabulous room. Entrance hall tired. Food lovely. Staff very helpful!”

“Donald and Susan are the best host. We stayed there for 2 nights. I had a pleasant time. They are so friendly. The breakfast were great. highly recommended. ”

“We had an amazing time at the Tide B&B. A beautiful setting and such a comfortable place to stay. The food was amazing and we were close to many outstanding places to visit. A real gem! ”
