“This place was very nice. The staff were rude and clearly did not want to be working. I was traveling with my children and booked a room for 6 of us and only had 3 bath towels, we asked in the evening for towels and were told they were out. The next morning we asked for a couple of towels and were told that there were no more towels and if housekeeping hasn’t brought any to our room then there are no towels. Otherwise everything else was great! ”

“Hotel is pretty old. Thin walls. (Could hear people next door talking late into the night. HVAC noisy. But efficient. We rarely stay in Evanston. ”

“All was good and Charlotte at the front Desk was great. Only issue is no bottled water was available at either the front desk or Vending machines. Tap Water in the bathroom was not pleasant. ”

“They advertised breakfast but nothing was there except coffee.”

“It was dated, smelled mildly musty due to age. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and it had the best shower I had on my trip. The surrounding area was sketchy, broken windows. I had an older man walking around trying to find the ice machine because the instructions to where it was, was unclear. Staff should have done more than a room number or map. On exit, coffee machines in lobby were out of water and no one was at the desk to get assistance. ”

“Blackout curtains didn't do much, the room was rather lit throughout the night. My daughter's feet were disgustingly dirty afer walking on the floor barefoot. The door to the room wouldn't stay shut all the way and you could see out the door frame. The AC didn't work worth a crap. The surrounding grounds of the hotel had trash around it. The gal checking people in was very friendly and professional. Never saw anyone in the morning when checking out.”
