โThe stay was pleasant overall. Room was beautifully decorated and spacious for two people. Room was quite and very tidy. Room located away from the main street. Hotels common areas were also nice. Location was wonderful - easy acess to the old town and public transportation to explore more of Riga. Staff was friendly, no complaints. Definitely worth what we paid for. โNew hotel located in Old town Riga .. walking distance to all main attractions.. Our room had a nice king size bed, spacious bathroom, good AC .. everything very clean .. Bathroom products from Crabtree and Evelyn brand .. Powerful hair dryer . Breakfast is somehow expensive but excellent quality โฆ So many choices .. all you can eat .. It was a surprise for us because in USA is not the same quality .. We highly recommend this facility while visiting Riga โ
โI visited Riga for a conference. I stayed 4 nights at this hotel. This hotel has good location (center of old town), great service, friendly staff, and value for money! I really enjoyed staying this hotel. But, the only problem is that it is a little bit noisy at night. Lots of pubs nearby! Except this, everything is satisfactory!โ
โRoom was very nice. Kitchen was spacious and you have everything you need. I was able to use the washing machine and there were racks that you can bring to your room for clothes to dry. Check in is all automated and so you will not be meeting any of the staff in person.โ

โThe room was charming and very affordable during the peak tourist season. I had a lovely dinner at the rooftop restaurant (the salmon was excellentโthe views were just as good!) Upon check-in, I advised the front desk that I needed to check out early due to a flight. Since I was missing the breakfast buffet, the hotel staff arranged that a sack breakfast be prepared for myself and my daughter. That was an unexpected and most welcome surprise. Iโd stay here over and over. โ
โOne of the best hotel experience I've had in a while. The location of the hotel is a huge plus, being so close to many important historic sites of beautiful Riga old town. Food is wonderful and the cigar bar is very classy. I didn't get a chance to experience their complementary spa service, but I plan on revisiting Grand Palace Hotel again.โ

"Honestly everything was perfect, so nice and clean. The room was so spacious and comfortable. The location is great, it's close to both the old town and the bus stop to the airport. Will definitely stay here again if I ever come to Riga in the future."
