Badr Eddine at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s central location is a real highlight. It’s just a short walk from the Ulm Minster and surrounded by plenty of charming bakeries and cafés. Rooms are cleaned every two days and are well maintained. That said, having a kettle in the room would have made the stay even more comfortable.

Budget is the new low cost

Well located in the city center, walking distance of the main spots. The cleanliness of the rooms needs to be improved: the floor was full of garbage. It didn't seem a right approached, the housekeeping try to enter in the room early in the morning of the check out day.

Always seems odd reviewing a hotel like this, it's basic but okay. I couldn't review the service because I checked myself in and out and had breakfast elsewhere. The cleaning regime seemed inconsistent though.

Uacceptabelt behandling af booking. Jeg ankommer 22.30 med mine 2 piger til hotellet, som har indcheckning hele natten via selvbetjening. Mit booking-nummer virker dog ikke, ej heller søgning på mit navn. Jeg kontakter personalet via dørtelefonen til nødstilfælde - her får jeg at vide efter 10 minutter at min reservation er annulleret 1 time før, da de ikke har kunne trække for værelset på mit visa kort. Dette er jeg meget uforstående overfor og beder dem om at finde et værelse til mig. Jeg får besked tilbage at der ikke er flere værelser og ALT er booket. Imidlertid er der ankommet 2 andre danske familier der får samme besked! Jeg kan under ingen omstændigheder anbefale at booke på dette hotel. Jeg fandt heldigvis et andet hotel i nærheden via anden booking side. Mit VISA kort virkede i øvrigt uden problemer her.

Perfekt für eine Nacht mit zwei kleinen Kindern! Die Unterkunft im Ibis Ulm war sauber, ordentlich und preisgünstig. Trotz der Lage an der Hauptverkehrsstraße hatten wir alles, was wir für einen kurzen Aufenthalt brauchten. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist der schnelle, praktische und sehr freundliche Check-in. Gerne wieder!
