"Highly recommend this hotel lovely friendly staff on-site car park has chargers for electric vehicle vehicles. Fantastic spa and swimming pool food was superb in the two restaurants. It’s right at the south of Lake Windermere so literally you can walk over to the ferry to do a ferry cruise to Ambleside or Bowness on Windermere Winder - it also has an aquarium and a steam train during the summer month. We didn’t bring our dog, but it is a dog friendly Hotel you really enjoyed our stay and already planning on bringing the dog for another trip "

"Very nice cottage with a very helpful host. I only stayed one night but it was pretty easy to find, on site parking too and the owner was nice and approachable. Good breakfast in the morning too which saw me on my way the next day. "

"Absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment we stayed in was immaculately clean, really well presented with a well equipped kitchen. Bathroom was spotless, the shower was brilliant! Convenient parking opposite and located in the centre. Great place to visit, with lovely shops, bars, cafes and restaurants round the corner! We would recommend to anyone looking to visit Ulverston. "
