“The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful. However, when we asked a woman working the desk for towels for the second day, she said OK. Hours later, we went back to the front desk and repeated our request to the gentleman and got the towels. We didn’t know you have to ask for coffee packets for the room coffee maker if you want coffee for a second day. The faucet leaked down the back sides. The diverter in the tub shot water straight ahead. The refrigerator did not have a freezer section....

What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff—they are super helpful, genuinely hospitable, and go above and beyond for their guests. Highly recommend!”

“Another great getaway stay for me and my wife at the Carriage House in Jefferson! It has been many years since our last stay, and this one was just as good as the last. We stayed in the cottage across the street, and enjoyed the seclusion/privacy. As always, the breakfast was amazing! They do such a great job.
