“Best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. This place deserves 10 stars. ”

“The resort was very clean and well maintained, there was a peacefulness which you would not get in the more busier resorts. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Only thing I would say is that the dinner service was quite slow, however food was quite good.”

“We visited The Island at Pongwe as the final stop on our honeymoon to Tanzania and Zanzibar and it was the perfect way to conclude an incredible trip. Set on a coral island just off of Zanzibar, the Island Pongwe is run by the amzaing Michela and her team. Also barely any hot water. The view was exceptional but the deck chairs could be wiped down as they were filthy which seems to be the general standard across the hotel. The staff were friendly , did the best...

The shower place was real jungle with wrotten shower head. And the beds were full of black dusts. We have checked in but couldn’t find other place to take a shower and sleep. And they said they are going to refund some of our stay fee but they don’t even answer my mails and chats. Please do not get excited...
