“Very helpful staff, Excellent area to explore. Nice touch having a fridge in the room, the best breakfast, of all the hotels, whilst staying in Portugal. Comfy bed, good size room. Would definitely stay again in the future.”

“A fine place to stay, but it’s PR is not helped by the unattractive photo of the indoor pool which is prominent in its advertising. I would suggest a shot of the town of Manteigas from the hotel- a beautiful vista indeed.”

“Wir hatten eine super schöne und erholsame Zeit im TheVagar. Wir haben neben einem sehr guten Frühstück, welches man sich am Tag zu vor immer neu zusammenstellt, auch das Abendessen sehr genossen. Wer einfach ein paar Tage abschalten will ist hier genau richtig. Hottub, Pool, Lagerfeuer am Abend, Massage alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben sogar noch spontan verlängert und eines der Shelters gebucht, die ebenfalls auf dem Gelände sind. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch.”
