"The best part was the young kid working at the attached sports bar. The hotel is dark and grungy. The room needs upgrading- cleaning will no longer do. Staff at reception was hard to understand. The breakfast was cold and not very good. Attention to detail is definitely lacking."

"This is a extremely minimal effort hotel. There was a phone cord that ran down the hall and it smells like damp cigarettes. 1/2 of the lights in our first room didnt work and it looked like someone had been standing on one of the beds with their shoes on. And the hair... there was hair on the pillows and in sheets. The guy at the front was nice enough and switched our room for us. The second room had working lights but the headboard had been ripped off the wall. I told the guy at the front when we went out and he said 'yeah most rooms don't have a headboard. There was yelling in the hallway until about 230am so Im assuming this might be the d**g hotel or close to it. Spend the money and stay somewhere else"

"Our new favorite hotel in Great Falls, MT...actually, in the world! It's got such authentic retro charm. Our room was newly renovated, but in 1950's style, including a vinyl record player! The hotel is old, and looks its age in some ways, but what a delight! To crown it off, the Sip n Dip cocktail bar (with real swimming mermaids) ranks right up there as one of the greatest bars on the planet."

"All of the staff that I met were amazing, Eli Claire, Vikki and Michael all went above and beyond the call of duty… The bed and pillows were great, excellent location and amenities were wonderful warm cookies and milk 24 seven coffee and water as well as sparkling sodas… Very cool that the washer and dryer were preloaded with detergent and were free… I would definitely recommend this property to anyone… It was in a quiet area, and the rooms were pretty soundproofed… Anytime I visit Great Falls in the future I will stay there —most definitely!"

"Clean and comfortable bed, cleanish room, dirty towels and halls smelled like pee. The air conditioner worked well but had a musty smell.. kept the room cool. Shower was outdated compared to the “living” area.. did have hot water after letting it run for a few minutes. The sink faucet had rusty colored water briefly on first use. There is underground parking which was nice. Breakfast was okay.. had fresh oranges and coffee which were appreciated."
