Very clean and friendly staff

The lobby and rooms were exceptional clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. For the price it was very reasonable. We will be staying there again and telling family and friends about the place too.

Staff was very attentitive. Everyone we met that worked there was gracious and provided anything we needed with a smile. Breakfast area needed to be larger as one morning we went there was no room to grab anything.

Great stay

Clean room with an ok breakfast. Kind people at front desk with easy check in and check out. The water pressure is awesome in the shower and the water stays warm. Heat works awesome in the room too

The staff was very friendly. The pool was clean and cool. The rooms were updated and very clean. They have a refrigerator and microwave in them. This hotel will definitely be my go to when I visit my daughter at UTM.

The site was easy to get in and out of, even pulling a trailer. Our check in was seamless and the hostess was so helpful with everything. The morning hostess was great, too. She pulled our receipt while we had breakfast, which had numerous options. Definitely would stay again!

Clean and comfortable

Rooms are maintained very clean and comfortable. What stands out is the service, though by mistake I booked a smoking room they have blocked a non-smoking room considering I am traveling with kids. Always available and attentive to the needs of customers.

The people operating the hotel were very nice. The maid service folks were great as well. my only wish is that I could have had a downstairs non-smoking due to hip and back issues.

It is an outside entry motel which has been updated. The rooms were clean but a bit small (bathroom, vanity area) but well equipped with refrigerator and microwave flat screen and coffee maker. If I found myself in Martin again, I would consider it. The only complaint I had was the bed was a bit stiff for my taste. But a solid place to stay and a very friendly staff.

Clean rooms and friendly people

Traveling as a family that was intentional about our budget, without sacrificing cleanliness or safety, we were pleasantly surprised. The check in was very easy. The room was clean and comfortable. Beds are a bit harder than I prefer. It was manageable for someone who suffers with degenerative disc in my neck and back. Each bed has two fluffy pillows made of feathers. Very comfortable but wishing there were more than two. Allergy sufferers beware of the feathers in the pillows. We checked for the dreaded bed bugs, and there were none! They kept up with pest control efforts, shown by the glue trap behind the fridge. It only had a random moth and a beetle in it. To be expected. Mattresses were incased properly to prevent critters and dust mites. Both beds were covered and cleaned. There was a small coffee maker with coffee and sugar. A fridge/freezer combo. It had a mini ice tray with ice as well. TV was modern with ability to sign in to Amazon, Netflix or any other streaming services you have access to. Breakfast was good and served from 6am to 9pm. The only complaint I had was that my husband couldn’t bring me a waffle to the room. All food had to be kept in the lobby area. I’m sure to make sure only guests are eating it. It would have been awesome to have had breakfast in bed though! Overall, it was a good choice for a weekend trip. We’d stay here again.
