Despite the housekeeping, the staff never offer the water unless we don’t request separately when they come to the room. No fountain is available, YOU MUST PAY FOR THE WATER.

“When I arrived the hotel, main gate was locked and no guide to access in English. Following by German guide there was no key in the safe box. They didn't allocated a room before I come. I could hear dropping water sound during whole stay. Terrible service, bad room. Only good thing is the Cafe which is next door of the hotel. They provide decent breakfast.”

“Nice, cozy, clean, cpmfortable”
