โThe unit was updated nicely. It had lots of space and the foldout couch is memory foam and not just springs mattress. That was definitely a plus. Close to the waterfront. We would stay here again. โ

Fitgerโs has a classic, historic vibe and the beds were comfortable. The coffee was good too. But for the price, I expected more. Breakfast was only granola bars, which felt disappointing, and the place feels dated in ways that arenโt entirely charming. Itโs fine if you want the landmark experience, but Iโm not sure what justifies the cost.โ
โRoom was clean and the cost per day was reasonable. If all you're looking for is a clean spot to come back to at night after exploring Duluth I'd recommend it.โ
โVery pleasant and clean property. Staff went above and beyond to help with double booking when booking group made error and told me we didnโt have a reservation so I booked another room.
The process dealing with booking company was very difficult. With front desk assistance got it done.โ
โI highly recommend the Canal Park Lodge! The breakfast has a bunch of different options and the quality is great. The bedroom has everything in it that you need, quiet, and comfortable. Area is perfect, everything is close, and a lot of beautiful places around. โ
โVery clean, updated/modern hotel. Loved the larger fridge in the room, option for cooking on the stop and dishwasher. The only negative I would say is breakfast should be offered a later in the morning. It ended at 9:30. Other than that, great stay!โ
โI thought the renovation was amazing. It is quick and easy access to everything downtown and Canal Point. The neighborhood is also being renovated. We were on the first floor in front of the street window so there was some noise later in the evening. Overall, will absolutely come back. The room itself was lovely!!!โ
