We loved this pet friendly apartment style hotel. The location was pretty close to the River Walk trail and also close to the food and shopping. Our balcony overlooked Superior St and we had an excellent few if the lake and sunrise over lake Superior.

This place was incredible. I had a whole apartment to myself overlooking the lake and an easy walk to the lakefront trail, shops, restaurants. The space was extremely clean and had everything you might need to spend a week or more here. I wish I had more time to stay!

Nice apartment-style living instead of a sparse hotel room. A great view of Lake Superior, the Duluth Harbor, and the Canal at Canal Park. Next to Essentia Health and convenient to several great dining establishments, like the Pickwick and The Boŕat Club.

Definitely a 5 star. Gave 4 because second bed is a full…..queen would have made our night of sleep much better. There were only 2 regular coffees for 4 adults. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful with good recommendations. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening and morning. All staff we encountered were great!

The studio we got was quite spacious, and it was very clean, comfortable, and cute! It was very modern and safe, as we needed a PIN to get into the complex, ride the elevator, and access our studio. The amenities of the room, like the kitchen and TVs, were new and practical. The hotel is also located by the walkways that go into Canal Park, so we were able to walk there and use the scooters to get back to the hotel. Parking was free around the hotel, so that was super convenient!

We had a great view. The place was spotless. Furniture was good. Bed was a little more firm then my preference, but not terrible. Front desk staff recommended a nice Mexican restaurant and it was great. My only real complaint is there is not an ice machine. You can make ice in the room with ice trays, but didn't realize that until after dinner, and needed ice then.

This space just opened two months ago, so everything is new. With pricing similar to most higher quality motels in the area, this suite experience with balcony and best view of the lake is hard to beat. It was so much more than we thought it would be. We’ll definitely book this again for those special dates we want to celebrate in Duluth

The view and room exceeded my expectations, if you like a firm bed, then you would like this the bed was very firm. The shampoo lotions were nice zero dyes nice for skin sensitive There was everything you need, parking was the only negative first come first serve there is parking garage, though I was unable to follow the map, liked the geo key to enter the building and room felt secure .

Very modern and comfortable property with a beautiful vista of the lake. There was street parking available, but not a lot of it. The area is typical urban Minnesota, with some good restaurants and coffee shops. It was a short trip to the tourist area near the water.

This place is newly built. There is free parking on the street pretty much everywhere and the have 5 parking spaces in front of the building that is first come first serve. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing everything I needed for a relaxing visit. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay. I would gladly return and look forward to staying here again in the future.

There is a lot of good about the property and the room we stayed in. Everything is brand new, but here are some things to consider. The apartment we stayed in had two big massive windows which is awesome, but the shades are only light filtering so it's still pretty bright in the room at night. The blinds in the bedroom should have had black out blinds. So you might want to bring your own sleeping masks to help make the rooms darker. The only other downside is how loud the AC is when it turns on. The HVAC is in the in the wall between the two spaces .It is super loud in the bedrooms, like sleeping next to Niagra falls loud. It would drown out our sound machine. I wish they would have actually just insulated around the HVAC in the wall to help reduce or dampen how loud the noise is. I'm guessing if you're a heavy sleeper it won't be a problem, but I almost had a wear ear plugs to drowned out how loud the sound was. Other than that view is great. The apartment was really clean and everything was really nice, but the downside is it was really hard to sleep at night.
