We enjoyed our stay here. The staff at check in was quite off-putting but everyone else was great. Being so close to the train station was amazing! And the view from our room was awesome! If you’re looking for a luxurious hotel, this isn’t it. However, if you’re looking for a basic hotel that is close to the train station and still nice, this is a great option!

We loved our stay here!! Make sure to request a room with a balcony & view of the water, absolutely stunning views of the mountains & city. Affordable and great location. The women at the front desk gave us great recommendations. Breakfast options were just ok & not super clean (ex: utensils could’ve been washed better, etc) but can’t complain. It had an espresso machine which was very nice. Definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel has a great location, short distance from train station. Close to shopping, markets and restaurant. Breakgast has a wide selection of items, friendly staff. No AC in the rooms, but Interlaken is a cool breeze city.

This hotel has the best location in Interlaken West. Also, has the best views to the river. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel on my next adventure in Interlaken.

The room was nice and had a nice view to the river. However, since there is a pub in the corner, it got noisy for few hours and drunk people were making noise during very late at nigh. The walls are not sound proof so could hear the neighbors steps, conversations, etc. I couldn’t have a good rest

Location very convenient. A little noisy and busy right by river and train station but quieted at night. Breakfast included was very good. Staff was very helpful. Rooms clean and had a great view of the river and could open the windows at night fit great mountain breeze.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the train and bus stations. The room is very spacious by European standard, room is bright with multiple windows and doors, and has nice balconies. Bathroom is one of the few hotels we stayed that does not leak water bear it has a tub. The continental breakfast is good too.

This hotel is in dire need of repair. Old hotel which can be charming but not this one. REDRUM. Couldn't wait to leave. Musty smell. Rooms were big. Big bathroom but stained toilet and tub. Could use a better clean. Breakfast was horrible. Hot food was mixed veggies, hot dogs and beans??? 😒

Locating at a beautiful areas, with a views of river for both sides of the building. Convenient location for public transportation. Historically prestigious atmosphere, high ceiling, great bath room and tab design. Breakfast options are great. Each table had unique and distinct flower and pot. Beautiful chandelier in the breakfast room.
