“최악이었어요. 무려 4달전에 예약을 하고 신혼여행을 떠났는데 막상 도착하니 technical한 문제가 생겼다고 방을 줄수 없다고 하더군요. 5일전에 안내 메일을 보냈다는데... 신혼여행중에 누가 메일 일일이 확인을 다 하나요. 막상 도착하니 다른 호텔로 예약을 잡아줘서 가긴 했는데... 별4개짜리 호텔 잡아주더군요. 거기도 좋다고 하면서... 신혼여행 기억중에 최악이었습니다.”

“We had a nice 4 night stay at the Bellegarde Hôtel by Viktor. Easy check in process. The location is perfect - about a 5-10 minute walk to the Cours Mirabeau (the main strip of the town). AC was adequate. Room was clean and very quiet for quality sleep. Must be okay with stairs as there is no elevator, which was not an issue for us, but something to be mindful of. ”

“I loved it. Florence was really helpful and there was lots of books and leaflets available about the town. Sadly most of the shops were closed as it was 1May. The room was large with a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. It was great that there were lots of little treats included like calassons, wine and bathroom products! Breakfast was also included with a lovely selection of breads and good coffee. I hope to return. ”

“The reception desk is quite different from the photo on the site. When we arrived at the hotel, the front door was closed with the memo on the door, which said 'will come back in 10 min' and we waited for 30 min. However, the hotel man was very kind to carry our luggages to the room and inform us of the city. The hotel has a beautiful small garden where you can enjoy your small breakfast in the sunshine. The room was kind of tiny but it was ok.”

“Overall had a great stay, but a staff member in particular seemed to be frustrated that I do not speak French. My fault if the hotel was meant for French speakers only, but if that is not the case it really tainted the whole experience which would have been very, very nice. ”
