"My stay with this hotel was nothing short of being excellent. I must comment on all the staff,especially the Manager, Erika. She has excellent customer service,knowlegable, friendly and Erika went above and beyond on her call of duties. Because of her excellent customer service, my stay in this hotel has been excetional pleasant and wonderful. All staff at this hotel are always willing to answer all the quires and provided exceptional service. I will come back to this hotel whenever I am in Vienna. "Friendly staff with good service. Lavish breakfast. Room was nice. Location is at a peaceful area and walkable distance to Schonbrunn palace. Other City attractions are away from this location. Taxis are a bit pricy but Uber and City transit are the best options. "
"Very nice hotel and staffs … location is a bit far from city center however take 38 tram from the hotel through the end about 20 mins and you reach city center … 2 sparking water and 2 beers included every plus coffee and tea … also mini kitchen in the room is a plus. Really recommended if you want a nice hotel with good price ."
