스케줄 때문에 하루밤 밖에 머물지 않았지만 방밖에 나오자마자 보이는 카파도키아만의 어메이징 풍경 친절한 서비스와 카파도키아 여행에 대한 자세한 설명과 추천으로 짧지만 즐거운 여행을 할 수 있었습니다. 헤젠호텔의 차별화되는 포인트는 인테리어라고 할수 있습니다. 이번에 머무른 1번방은 넉넉한 크기와 세계 어디를 가도 비슷한 호텔느낌이 아닌 아기자기한 소품과 가구들 동굴 호텔만의 특별함이 더해져 들어가자마자 감탄했습니다. 알콜외에 음료는 무료이며 빨래방 키친 바 군데군데의 야외 테라스가 이 카파도키아 여행을 더 낭만적이게 해준것 같습니다. 정말 추전합니다.

Top of my list. I have been traveling to many places and this is the first time I wholeheartedly want to write a good review for a hotel. Hazen Cave Hotel brought us too many surprises. All the staff are so friendly and treating you in a very sincere way. Details below: 1. Traditional cave hotel designs decorated in such a good taste. I love the hall, the dining area, and also all the terraces with good views. This hotel is like a boutique one because they only have 17 rooms. Everything clean and organised and it’s a pleasure walking around exploring. 2. Upgraded our room to Supreme Suite. This is a low season for tourism in the area but we highly appreciate it. The room is very clean which is what I care about the most. I was also worried about humidity in cave hotels but this one is extremely comfortable. The heat is functioning well and we can also turn on AC if needed. Room very spacious and comfortable. 3. Quality of food exceeded my expectation and the staff make sure we try everything! I was joking with my husband that we may gain 5 pounds if we stay longer. The Cheese Rolls make by the chef are soooooo good and I suddenly became a cheese fan. I usually don’t expect eating within hotels but this one really impressed me. The chef is very nice and he keeps checking on us if we need anything. It feels like family. Even the orange juice is freshly made. The lamb slow-cooked for 4 hours is also a very decent dish. I would definitely want to come back again.

Hem çalışanlarıyla hem dizaynıyla çok sıcak, sevimli bir otel. Kahvaltısı oldukça kaliteli, ürünleri lezzetli. Akşam yemeği az ama öz çeşit içeriyor. Konumu zaten harika, her köşesinden ayrı bir manzara sunuyor. Odada hem kalorifer hem klima mevcut. Klimaya ihtiyaç duyduk epey serin oluyor aksi takdirde. Her konuda yardımcı oluyor çalışanlar. Gökhan Bey kalacağımız süreye uygun gezi planı bile çıkardı bize. Biz çok memnun ayrıldık, teşekkürler Hezen.

Unique, beautiful setting with lots of comfortable terraced lounging space to enjoy the knock-out views. Very stylish yet decidedly unpretentious. The very friendly staff was eager to please offering tea, coffee and nuts or showing us how to use the free washer and dryer.

Friendly staff, very limited veg meal options. Small but neat rooms. Good experience of staying in a cave like ambience. But far from city center and overviewing the little castle. Over all v good experience.

Perfect Cappadocia Stay
From arrival to check out one of our best experiences. Warm welcome, beautiful property, stunning views and double upgrade available during our checkin. The staff is extremely professional and friendly, aiming to provide the best possible guest experience. After spending three weeks in Europe and one week in Istanbul at top hotels including The Four Seasons and Hilton Bomonti, Haden Cave Hotel tops the list with its service and comfortable suites. Breakfast was great and nice wine selection for afternoon unwinding at anyone of their beautifully furnished terraces. Highly recommended, away from busy tourist area, but close enough to everything in the region.

"My family and I had an amazing stay at the Hezen Cave Hotel! The view from the terrace was absolutely incredible and added to the overall experience. First time my wife and I experience cave Hotel a bit far from Goreme but Taxi is possible anywhere. I rate this Hotel 4.5/5 for host hospitality and directions and instruction to go about town

Memorable Experience
We travel a lot with family across the world. The stay in Hazen Cave was the most unique and satisfying experience for our family. The personalized services, views from the hotel and exceptional cave like interior designing where simply amazing. Balloon ride and the experience at the Hazel Cave hotel made this trip as one of the most memorable trip for for family. Every staff member including manager Gokhan and kitchen guy Husna were just fabulous!

I arrived in the middle of the night and they were waiting for me, they prepared a hot herbal tea with home made cookies/bread and plenty of information for my next day. I didn't have an schedule for my two days visit but the managers arranged and suggested interesting places to visit, they also arranged a taxi driver, a very decent gentleman, for both days and for a reasonable price. Overall happy with their service and with the hotel in general. Breakfast was plenty and very good!

The real cave hotel with great view
This hotel is located in Ortahisar just across its castle. It has fabulous view. All of their rooms are redecorated caves. Room is nicely furnished and very comfortable and private. It is a perfect place to stay when you are in Cappadocia.
