위치가 인포메이션 센터 및 여행사 거리 바로 맞은편에 있어 최고입니다. 객실 및 공용 공간의 상태도 전반적으로 양호했습니다. 다만 직원들은 다소 불친절하게 응대하는 면이 있었고, 가격 대비로 생각한다면 만족도가 많이 떨어지는 느낌입니다.

Le falta mantenimiento y amabilidad de parte del personal que atiende a los huéspedes, especialmente los de recepción. Muy mala calidad de sábanas y almohadas. Demasiado ruido en las habitaciones y el estacionamiento no tiene acceso al hotel. No volvería ni lo recomendaría.

en general esta bien, solo que mucho mucho ruido de la calle, nos toco una habitación con ventana a la avenida y no nos dejo dormir dos noches una motocicleta que pasaba haciendo ruido con insistencia.

Good and well maintained hotel, but be aware that they do not have a working table and chair in the room. Makes it very difficult to to get any office work done. They did provide a small table and chair on request, but it was very difficult for me to work.

The room was nice with a big closet but it was to hot for us so we had to open the window and the street is very noice specially the motorcycles (I think the same moto came everyday).

Lamentablemente NO pude ir a Ushuia. Me comuniqué con Expedia , me indicaron que mi tarifa era no reembolsable , lo cual es correcto . Me indicó Expedía que se igual forma iban a enviarle un email al hotel para tratar de dar una solución intermedia sin compromiso de las partes PERO NUNCA me enviaron email al respecto y tampoco la respuesta final del hotel y Expedia respecto a la gestión ofrecida. Por ello mi calificación es Mala . Me hubiera gustado saber la respuesta final de la gestión ofrecida . Saludos

Staff wasn’t very friendly but I got what I needed. A bit noisy at night but nothing earplugs can’t handle. Shower head was broken but the room was nice and big.

I hate leaving bad reviews; travelling here from the US was a long and exhausting process. I arrived at 07:30, way ahead of check in, and didn't expect a room, but maybe a place where I could sit and have coffee. Gentlemen at the desk said coffee was part of breakfast buffet, that I needed to wait until I was checked in for the next day. Really? I couldn't have coffee even though I was booked here two nights? Wow. I got checked in at 1, which was fine, but the room was uncomfortably warm. I found the thermostat and turned the heat to cool. Tried to nap (up all night traveling here), but it was too warm. And, I heard people talking like they were in my room. They were in an adjacent room - talking in normal voices - no sound barrier at all! I turn the air to the coldest setting and left, returned a couple of hours later and the room was hot. I called the front desk and was told no air conditioning and to open a window. Loud construction and traffic - and the neighbors talking = no sleep again.

Fabulous stay in Ushuaia at Albatros Hotel
The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, close to restaurants, and travel agent offices for booking tours. Had a great stay with our family of 4 here. The have super breakfast at the hotel, and is walkable to several shops and restaurants.

I really enjoyed my stay. Once the taxi driver drops me I realised it was the perfect localisation in Ushaia. As soon as I open the door I was welcomed by Edgar who took times to help me booked my excursions for my trip. The rooms are minimalist but perfect in size and tidy. You don’t go to ushaia to stay in the room..:) restaurant, and lobby is very welcoming with a nice view on the piers. The spa is very nice and super useful after days at sea or hiking. The woman managing the spa is really nice. Finally there was a cleaner who I did not get the name but despite not being his role was always smiling and welcoming. Every time I was going out of my room or to the restaurant or spa he was there, working hard and greeting me. Just little details like that make me happy when I stay somewhere..:) overall I really liked this hotel, the people and localisation in Ushaia
