Noise due to construction. Poor sound proof. Limited restaurant capacity and selection of dishes. Rude service. Direct cleaner intrusion in the morning. Didn’t recommend at all.

Bueno y con potencial para mejorar
El hotel esta bien. Muy buen restaurante y spa. La masajista Soledad muy atenta y excelente en sus masajes Excelente calidad de la blanqueria de la habitación. A mejorar: la atención del recepcionista de barbita de la noche. Parece muy hastiado y habla de mala manera. . Una pena lo ruidoso del spa por los niños y los padres que hablan a los gritos.

El hotel es precioso y las habitaciones espaciosas. El staff muy amable y atento. La piscina es deliciosa y tomamos una clase de yoga acuatica muy buena. Los restaurantes muy ricos. Las vistas y alrededores de sueño. Nos quedamos con ganas de tomar la clase de tiro al arco pero ese día estuvo suspendida. Algunas partes del edificio necesitan un poco de pintura y mantenimiento pero el lugar es extraordinario.

Nice hotel, nice view. Basic service and way too over heated. It is only 3 degrees outside and they heat it like it was - 25. We kept turning the heating off and housekeeping would crank it back up, despite us asking that they don’t. We had a family room for 4 and room got so hot that my son got sick…

Modify the cancellation policees
It’s incredible your policees of no cancellation, aerolíneas Argentinas cancelled my trip and you didn’t have cancellation policees, I had to pay the complete booking!!!!

Great family hotel
Location is great in the mountains. Not too far from the city. Bartender is very talented and made great cocktails that are made with local ingredients. Food at the restaurant was delicious.

Set on a nature reserve on a hill with expansive views overlooking the city and Beagle Channel. Large and comfortable rooms with heating, friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel's location is deffinetly it's best attribute, the forest behind the hotel is a magic place, also hotel's facilities exploit it very successfully. Hotel's staff are really nice people, caring about us.

Excellent Hotel
The hotel is just completing a total refurbishment and everywhere was clean and fresh and tastefully decorated. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially reception staff, who booked us a trip to the National Park that exactly met our preferences. The restaurant was excellent - we enjoyed the high quality food and the wines that were recommended were superb. The hotel is out of the town which makes it very quiet and it has stunning views over Ushuaia and towards Chile. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Great location and very good hotel
We stayed with wife and 2 kids. Spacious room with king + 2 single beds. Trekking trail behind the hotel is great and optimal for the whole family. We also enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool. Restaurant is very good as well as the breakfast buffet and location + views are really great.

Muito boa opção, linda vista da cidade de Ushuaia
Nos hospedamos no Las Hayas por 06 dias, muito agradável. Linda vista da cidade, pois o hotel fica localizado no alto de uma montanha. Distante aproximadamente 10 minutos do Centro de Ushuaia, mas o hotel oferece serviço de transfer gratuito para o Centro, onde os horários funcionam precisamente. Todo o staff muito atencioso, café da manhã excelente e a piscina aquecida a noite atendia perfeitamente as crianças. Enfim, experiência muito agradável. Recomendamos.

Não gostei. Acho que a ARGENTINA deve sériamente rever as classificações dos seus hotéis pois estão no geral ULTRAPASSADAS e iludem os compradores. Em 2013 eu e minha familia haviamos ido a Ushuaia e ficado no Los Acebos, e olhavamos os Las Hayas e pensavamos na proxima vez. Pois bem ela chegou em 2018. As surpresas foram já no arranque. Ao chegar as 20h, ninguem para ajudar no lobby nem na entrada. Hotel parecia às moscas e somente um funcionário na recepção que fica NO PRIMEIRO ANDAR. Além disso, o térreo onde entramos estava em obras e permaneceu em obras durante nossa estadia, com pessoal, material, solda, barulho para lá e para cá. O hotel é VELHO. Tem 25 anos. E com ele, toda as mobilias dos quartos são antiquadas e gastas. O pior foi durante os tres dias de neve continuos em que ABANDONARAM o proprio estacionamento à nossa sorte. Ou seja, com muito custo retiravamos os carros e já não conseguiamos por de volta, tendo que deixar em local afastado. No resumo como disse no inicio, a ARGENTINA peca na classificação dos hotéis. Jamais o classificaria como 5 estrelas. Como muito, um 4, pela condição em que está....
